Booking and cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation 14 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation is free. If you cancel your reservation during 14 days before your arrival, you will be charged with 50% of the total cost of accommodation, ie with the advance payment. In case of cancellation of your stay during your vacation at Kyvo Experience, you will be charged with 100% of the total cost of the scheduled stay. Ιt is necessary to deposit 50% in advance of the total cost of your stay, at least 14 days before your arrival, in order to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% of the cost of accommodation is due upon arrival, during the check-in process. Attention: Advance payment has the role of validating the reservation and without it, the reservation is considered invalid. If for any reason you decide to cancel your stay before the scheduled departure date, it's obligatory to pay the total cost of the scheduled stay, as required by law.
