Kyvo experience was created to offer you all the conditions to fully enjoy your vacation on the island of Thassos, by combining both the autonomy and the dedicated care every moment of your stay. The accommodation areas combine hospitality with the sense of affordable luxury, following the simple design lines of the cube (kyvos in Greek), within the framework of minimal aesthetics. The final result of the Kyvo’s design combines the features of the sophisticated interior decoration and functionality with the modern design and the friendliness of the natural materials. In the interiors there is an extensive use of natural wood in combination with earthy colours, to create a gentle and friendly atmosphere for the visitor.

On the ground floor of the Kyvo experience, the visitor will find the Reception, ready to serve every request related to their stay. At the same level they will find all 5 autonomous studios of 28m², each of which has its own separate and autonomous external entrance. On the first floor the visitor will find the 5 specially designed maisonettes, with 27m² of main space on the first floor and a 12m² attic.

Kyvo experience also has its own ancillary spaces in the basement of the building, with the washing machine, dryer and other equipment, to ensure maximum safety for the linen handling.

The outdoor premises of Kyvo experience include its small but practically landscaped garden, which ends in small autonomous sections for each ground-floor studio, providing a unique sense of continuity as a private terrace, as well as its specially designed 24m² pool, which 10m provides absolute safety to young guests with a depth 1,10m, offering unique and carefree family vacations.

Close to the facilities of the Kyvo experience, the visitor will find plenty of free parking spaces, eliminating this concern from their holiday list.

That is why, within the framework of its modern construction, the Kyvo experience incorporates all the parameters of the most up-to-date Building Energy Efficiency Regulations, with high-efficiency double glazing, energy-saving window frames, low-energy consumption LED lamps, automations, and solar accumulators (in combination with the 2 auxiliary boilers) for hot water. At the same time, the ideal, south orientation and staggered configuration of the building’s cubic formations, exceeds the limits of architectural aesthetics and contributes substantially to its bioclimatic identity.
