Once we have confirmed the availability of the preferred dates, it is necessary to deposit 25% in advance of the total cost of your stay, at least 30 days before your arrival, in order to confirm your reservation at Kyvo experience.
The remaining 25% of the cost of accommodation is due upon arrival, during the check-in process.
Attention: Advance payment has the role of validating the reservation and without it, the reservation is considered invalid.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your stay before the scheduled departure date, then you are required to pay the total cost of the scheduled stay, as required by law.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of your reservation 30 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation is free. In case of cancellation of your reservation during 14 days before your arrival at Kyvo experience, you will be charged with 50% of the total cost of accommodation, ie with the advance payment. In case of cancellation of your stay during your vacation at Kyvo Experience, you will be charged with 100% of the total cost of the scheduled stay.
Smoking policy
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, corridors and all enclosed areas of the hotel. Smoking activates fire alarm systems.
In-room kitchen policy
Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen in their rooms.
It is forbidden to prepare food that can cause strong long-lasting odors in the room. (Frying is forbidden).
The room should be ventilated during and after the end of each type of cooking (air conditioning off and windows open).
Ventilation should be used during cooking.
Guests are responsible for cleaning and washing used dishes.
If there is no intention to use the kitchen and you prefer not to have sharp objects in the room, let us know and we will be happy to remove them from the room. The hotel will not be liable for any accidents that may be caused by the unauthorized use of kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils / accessories by minors.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the rooms and outside the hotel, except for a dog / guide. Please inform when booking your intention to come to the hotel with a guide dog, so that we can prepare accordingly for its arrival.
Children & extra people
Babies and children up to the age of 4 are accommodated free of charge in a playpen in the room or in their parents’ bed. Maximum number per room is 1 baby cot (playpen). Please request a playpen in the “Reservations” of the online booking on the payment details page.
Maximum capacity of extra baby cots in a double room is 1.
Baby cots / playpens are available on request and availability.
Please contact with us prior to arrival to ensure that the bedroom settings you desire are available.
Swimming pool Usage Regulations
All children up to the age of 12 are allowed to use the swimming pool only under the supervision of a parent-guardian.
The use hours of the swimming pool are from 9:00 – 15:00 and 17:00 – 20:30.
The hotel has no responsibility for incidents – accidents due to non-supervision of children by parent – guardian.
Children Policy
Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by their parents / guardians at all times during their stay at the hotel.
Parents / guardians are responsible for the use of sharp objects and electrical appliances in the kitchen of the room. We will be happy to remove sharp objects from the room to prevent accidents.
The hotel will not be liable for accidents due to the unauthorized use of appliances and kitchen utensils by minors.
